Seminyak Villa 3531

Villa 3531 is in one of the most sought-after locations in Bali, offering you a completely hidden paradise in Seminyak’s ‘Golden Triangle’, ve array of dining, shopping and entertainment options abound.  Trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques, supermarkets and ATMs are all within a short walk of the villa, as are some of the island’s best known entertainment and dining venues, including La Favela, Ultimo, Ku De Ta, Red Carpet Champagne Bar, Zibiru, Mrs Sippy, Potatohead Beach Club and many other popular entertainment and dining venues.

It is is also just 500 metres from the beach, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports, long seaside walks and beautiful Bali sunsets.

Bedroom

The villa  has five bedrooms. Four rooms have king-sized beds and one room has a bunk bed which can sleep two children. All bedrooms are housed under the same roof flanking the living and dining areas. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests: eight adults and two children.

• Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 4 - The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 5 - The fifth bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Living Room

The open-sided living room overlooks the pool and features a large L-shaped sofa and colourful art adorning the walls. Villa  3531 has a separate TV room with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and surround sound.

Dining Room

Dining table sits in the same open-plan living room and seats 10. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, steamer, toaster and more. There’s also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

Garden & Pool

Overlooks a 15-metre swimming pool with an adjoining open-air Jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a shaded alfresco dining area with a barbecue. The covered gazebo by the pool is the perfect spot for enjoying an après-swim nap.
