Due to a high demand the villa is usually booked in advance. Reservations are handled on "first come, first served" basis. To confirm your reservation 50% deposit is required. The balance of the total amount needs to be paid 2 months prior to your arrival. Where a booking is last minute (i.e. within 3 days of the booked accommodation date), the management company will accept a payment in cash upon guest arrival. It is the policy of the management company that all guests sign a credit card authorization form at check-in to cover the cost of any damages to the rented premises that may occur due to the occupancy of the premises by the guest. All guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability form at check in. |
